TopBlast Sàrl operates topblast.pro and related products, including HyperBlitz (hyperblitz.trade). HyperBlitz is developed, operated, and maintained by TopBlast. All references to “TopBlast” in these Terms apply equally to HyperBlitz and any other TopBlast product.

TopBlast provides quantitative algorithmic trading tools, signals, and strategies for use by sophisticated users in their own trading activities.

TopBlast does not exercise discretionary authority over user funds and does not automate or execute trades on behalf of any user. All execution decisions remain solely with the user.

The tools, algorithms, signals, and data provided by TopBlast are advisory outputs only. They do not constitute a solicitation or offer to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency, digital asset, security, derivative, or any other financial instrument on your behalf.

Users bear responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations.

Cryptocurrency and algorithmic trading involves significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your capital.

By using TopBlast services, you acknowledge:

• Markets exhibit high volatility with rapid, unpredictable movements
• Past performance of any algorithm, strategy, or signal is not indicative of future results
• No strategy guarantees profits; total capital loss is possible
• Technical failures, latency issues, or bugs may cause unintended trades
• Regulatory conditions affecting cryptocurrencies change rapidly
• Users remain solely responsible for all trading decisions

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

TopBlast makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding profitability, accuracy, reliability, specific returns, continuous service availability, or product suitability.

Any performance data or backtested results are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or legal age of majority, whichever is higher)
• Not reside in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading tools are restricted or prohibited
• Possess full legal capacity to enter binding agreements

6.1 Permitted

Users may employ TopBlast services for personal or commercial algorithmic trading research, compliant with these Terms and applicable law.

6.2 Prohibited

Users must not:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Violate securities laws, AML regulations, or sanctions requirements
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract algorithm source code or logic
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without express written permission
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Damage or impair infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize tools without separate written agreement
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or deceptive practices

All intellectual property rights in TopBlast's websites, products, algorithms, trading strategies, software, designs, and all other content (“TopBlast IP”) are owned by or licensed to TopBlast.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

“TopBlast”, “HyperBlitz”, and associated logos are trademarks requiring prior written permission for use.

TopBlast disclaims liability for financial losses, indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, and errors or omissions in content or algorithms.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TopBlast harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from service use, Terms breach, legal violations, or trading activities conducted with the tools.

TopBlast accepts no responsibility for third-party website content, practices, or policies. User access to external platforms occurs at their own risk.

TopBlast reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our services for any reason — including violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by law.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

TopBlast services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind. The company disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement, offering no guarantees regarding uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

TopBlast may update Terms at any time, updating the “Last updated” date for material changes. Continued service use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Registered users receive email notification for significant changes.

If any provision becomes unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting remaining provisions. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive future enforcement rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TopBlast with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
